Occationally in shipping, they may be seal and not roll well. If this happens, take out the plastic part with the roller and twist a q-tip in the back side of the roller. This will unseal the roller and the roller will roll again.

Item is nicely wrapped and the added note that comes with it made it personal. Love it! I use many products, but I think oils work best for penetrating the skin barrier. Will buy again.

Fast shipping and product as described. Note from seller added a special touch. I have used the caster oil roller for about a week. I have very noticeable “allergic shiners” so I’m not seeing the results I was hoping for but would definitely recommend this seller.
