Occationally in shipping, they may be seal and not roll well. If this happens, take out the plastic part with the roller and twist a q-tip in the back side of the roller. This will unseal the roller and the roller will roll again.

Fast shipping and product as described. Note from seller added a special touch. I have used the caster oil roller for about a week. I have very noticeable “allergic shiners” so I’m not seeing the results I was hoping for but would definitely recommend this seller.

EDIT: The seller reached out immediately and offered to send a replacement. The gesture was much appreciated! The roller ball does not work in this eye roller. To get the product out you have to take it off, and it’s not convenient to put on that way.
