This Handmade Triple Layer Castor Oil Pack is made with both Unbleached Cotton and Wool for a greater amount of saturation of castor oil.
Layers are sewn together.
Both outside layers are 100% cotton.
Inner layer is made from 100% wool, from our Heritage Tunis Sheep! (Our foundation ewe Rosie pictured with her lamb)
We sheared the sheep ourselves and processed the wool.
Wool is a natural oil absorber.

Directions and Benefits

Directions
~Pour castor oil on the cotton cloth, enough to saturate.
~Put cloth in skillet, heat on low, just enough to
where it won't burn the skin.
~Place the cloth over affected area
~Cover flannel cloth with plastic
~Place heating pad/hot water bottle over plastic
and set on low/med heat for at least 2 hours.
~Rest while the pack is in place;
~Once finished, wash your skin (where the pack was) with baking soda/water to remove any oil/toxins.
~The castor oil pack can be reused up to 30 times,
place in refrigerator, in a canning jar with lid until next use.



Pack is approximately 9in by 18in. There is slight variations based of stretching and shrinking of fabric.
